Drafts, Revision, and manuscripts for long stories
Hand off the scene you're stuck on — drafting
When the next scene won't come, hand it to the agent. Say where you want the story to go, and it writes a draft that picks up from what you have. Save the draft straight to the next chapter or a new page.
Find out what to fix — Revision
When you want a second pair of eyes on a page, run Revision. The agent marks each sentence worth fixing with a comment and a replacement. Apply the ones you like, or all of them at once, and go back to the page as it was if you change your mind.
A long story, in parts — manuscripts
In a long serial, the main story and the side stories easily end up jumbled in one list. Now each story lives in its own manuscript, so the main story and side stories stay apart, each with its chapters in order.
Get yesterday's sentence back — History
Sometimes the sentence you wrote yesterday was better. History lists a page's earlier versions in order; compare one with what you have now and restore it. You can also save a version yourself at moments that matter.
Change a word everywhere — find and replace
Renamed a character? No need to comb through the page. With Find and replace, find the word and swap it one at a time or all at once.
Keep writing on your phone
The phone layout has been rebuilt so you can pick up your work anywhere. The editor and Skills work on a phone as they do on a computer, and you can long-press a list item to drag it into place.
