Drafting
Drafting is where the story goes into your manuscript. Hand the next part to the agent and it shows you a plan first, then writes to the plan you approve.
- Story and research kept apart — The story goes in chapters on the Manuscript tab; research and planning go on the Documents tab. (Manuscript & Documents)
- The plan before the prose — Ask for the next part and the agent shows you a Draft plan. Adjust the outline and length, then press Write as is, and it writes to that plan. (Outline & drafting)
- Prose in your own style — Give each manuscript a Writing Style, and the agent's drafts and edits follow it. (Writing Style)
- Drafts built on your World — Before it writes, the agent looks up the lore it needs in the World, so what you settled early on carries into later drafts.
