Creating a Project

After logging in, you'll see the project list screen. Click the "New Project" button to start your work. You can begin with an empty project or upload an existing file to start from. You can create multiple projects, and the most recently worked-on project appears first.

Importing from a File

You can upload an existing manuscript file to bring it into your project. Choose file upload when first creating a project, or use the import feature later. The uploaded file is automatically placed into your work.

Understanding the Workspace

The workspace is divided into three main areas.

  • Left Sidebar: Contains the Chapters, Documents, and Characters tabs. You can select or create pages here.
  • Center Editor: This is where you write. Select a page to start editing its content.
  • Right Panel: Open AI Chat or Characterization here. You can resize the panel as needed.

You can also open multiple pages side by side for simultaneous editing.

Registering Your Work

Manage the list of chapters in the "Chapters" tab of the left sidebar. Registered works are analyzed by AI in chapter order to understand the story and characters.
