Story Planning

Planning Mode

You can design the overall structure of your story and develop characters together with AI. Open the "Story" tab in the left sidebar to enter the story planning screen, and AI Chat will automatically switch to Planning Mode.

Overview

Define your logline, genre, theme, and other creative direction for your work. You can review and edit everything at a glance from the Overview tab.

Managing Story Elements

Organize world, plot, and creative direction elements as cards. Each element is categorized by tab and can be reordered with drag and drop.

• World: Setting details such as time period, location, and rules
• Plot: Story structure and plot points (organized as starting point, milestones, and ending)
• Creative Direction: Narrative approach and tone

Every item has a checkbox. Select multiple elements and delete them at once. You can also add elements, or approve updates and deletions, through interactive choice blocks that appear during AI conversations.

Character Integration

Up to 5 main characters are shown on the story planning screen, sorted by role — even if they weren't created in Planning Mode. You can view and change each character's role and archetype directly. If a character already has setting cards on the character page, a hint is displayed showing which items exist.

Mode and Scope

Set your story's central axis (mode) and scale (scope). AI will suggest structures tailored to these settings.

• Mode: Growth, Relational, Thematic, or Event — the core axis of your story
• Scope: Short story, novel, or series

Creating Your First Episode

Once your plan takes shape, you can create your first episode directly from the planning screen. Your planned content is automatically reflected in the AI.
