Graph type
A node type of the Graph kind is built for looking at the relations between nodes as a picture.
Press All on a node type in the sidebar and the Graph appears above with the Table below, on one screen.
Graph
The nodes of this type stand on the graph, and the relations they hold with each other are drawn as lines. Nodes with no relation at all are drawn too. Nodes of other types tied to this one by a relation appear as well, wherever they connect, so relations that cross type boundaries land in the same picture.
Adjust it from the graph's settings button.
- Show types: The eye icon in the list turns each node type drawn alongside on and off.
- Show node labels · Show property connectors · Increase node spacing each switch on and off.
- The zoom in and zoom out buttons change the scale.
Pressing a node
Click a node in the graph and a popover attached to it appears. It shows, spot by spot, how the node ties to the others currently drawn — relations, mentions in body text — and pressing the name in the popover goes to the node's detail view.
Table
Nodes as rows, properties as columns.
- Table settings choose which properties to show and which property to group by.
- Press a Node relation cell and the nodes on the other side of that relation open out as a sub-table under the row.
