Archive and restore
A scene you cut or a character you shelved often turns out to be useful later. The Archive keeps what you delete until you clear it yourself, so you can find it and bring it back whenever you need it.
Say you deleted Raon's node and now want him back: look in the Archive's World group.
Bringing back a deleted item
- Find the item in the Archive. Deleted items are grouped by where they came from: Manuscript, Document, World, Canvas, Other.
- Select the item.
- Press Restore. The item comes back.
A manuscript page you restore comes back into Documents.
Deleting for good
Select items and press Delete permanently to remove them completely. Items you permanently delete yourself are the only ones that can't be brought back.
- Canvas pages go to Document, and cards and World nodes placed on a canvas go to Canvas.
- Deleting a folder sends the pages inside it to the Archive too.
- To roll a page that still exists back to an earlier version, use History.
- Deleted Spaces don't go to the Archive. They're kept in Space archive in Home's left column (Spaces).
