Guidance

If the World is where the world of your work is organized, Guidance is where you tune how the agent works. It shares the same data structure as the World, but it runs separately from your work's setting.

So a preference you set once holds as you move from Space to Space.

The agent records your preferences, your repeated requests, and the context of your work into Guidance, and works from them. ("Always keep dialogue short", "don't summarize, keep writing", and the like.)

• It is a global user document that applies across every Space.
• It is recorded automatically during conversations, following your Edit permission setting, and you can write or edit it yourself.
• Open it from the sidebar.
