Building your own Skills

Turn the work you do often into a Skill and run it in one step. A Skill carries a name, a task (the prompt handed to the agent), and an agent trigger (the condition for running it automatically), and if a step has to run first, a prerequisite prompt goes with it. The Skills you build are managed in the "My Skills" list.

Three ways to run one

• Pick it with /: Type / in the chat input box and the Skill list appears; pick one and it runs.
• Call it by name: Say a Skill's name in conversation and that Skill runs.
• Automatic: Give a Skill an agent trigger ("when asked to ~") and the agent runs it on its own once that condition is met in conversation.

Testing and the Gallery

Check a Skill's output with Try it before you apply it. Browse the Skills other users have published in the Gallery and pull them into your list, or publish your own to the Gallery. A Skill you pulled in can be edited to suit you, and duplicating an existing Skill gives you a variant.
