Typewriter mode

As the text grows, the line you're writing drifts down the screen until your eyes are stuck at the very bottom edge. Typewriter mode pins the line with the cursor at the vertical middle of the screen, so your eyes stay in one place however long you write.

The text moves up with each new line while the line you're writing stays at the same height. The paragraph you just wrote sits right above it, so you don't lose the thread.

Turning on typewriter mode

Press the Typewriter mode button in the bar under the editor. Press it again to turn it off.
