Comments

Attach threaded comments to text in the editor. Put the cursor in the body text, press the comment icon in the menu that appears, and leave one. Click an inline marker and a window opens where you reply or mark it resolved. Your comments and the agent's comments sit in one place.

Comment panel

Open the Comment panel from the toolbar and it stands beside the body text, listing every comment on the page. Check the reply count on each, click an item to jump straight to its place in the text, and see the resolved ones as well. You can also leave a page comment tied to no particular sentence, and the body-text highlighting is switched on and off here.

The agent and comments

Leave comments in the body text, then ask the agent to "fix it the way the comments say" — it reads the open comments and revises to match.

Avatar and comment highlight color

Set the color used for your avatar and your comment marks under Avatar and comment highlight color in Settings > Display.
