Comments

Attach threaded comments to text in the editor. Put the cursor in the body text, press the comment icon in the menu that appears, and leave one. Click a comment mark in the body text and a window opens, where you answer with Reply or press Resolve to resolve it. Press ⋯ next to a comment for Delete, and Edit on your own. A resolved comment is hidden in the body text; find it again with View resolved in the comment panel. Your comments and the agent's comments appear together in one list.

Comment panel

Press Comment in the toolbar and the comment panel opens beside the body text, with every comment on the page in one list. Check the reply count on each, click an item to jump straight to its place in the text, and see the resolved ones as well. From the input box at the bottom of the panel, you can also leave a page comment tied to no particular sentence. The comment highlighting in the body text is switched off and on with Hide comments / Show comments in the row at the top of the page.

The agent and comments

Leave comments in the body text, then ask the agent to “fix it the way the comments say” — it reads the open comments (comment_read) and revises to match.

Avatar and comment highlight color

Set the color used for your avatar and your comment marks under Avatar & comment highlight color in Settings > Account.
